A traditional family run butchers located in the heart of Hawkenbury
Our Butcher’s shop in Hawkenbury, Tunbridge Wells was first opened in 1972 by our late Father Tony Fuller and his wife Margaret.
The shop is now owned and run by Steve Fuller along with his wife June. Sister Sarah manages the accounts and admin and Steve and June's children Lillie and Henry are also on hand to help out the family team.
With over 50 years’ experience in butchery our team is dedicated to ensuring we offer a complete range of award winning locally-produced meat, poultry and game.
Not just a butchers, Fuller's also stock a full range of cheeses and other quality products from sausage rolls to pies which we prepare and cook in store using only the freshest and best ingredients.
We have a dedicated team of people who work with us at Fuller’s and our fully trained butchers are able to offer advice on cuts of meat, preparing and marinating meat as well as cooking tips and recipes.

Fuller’s have been serving the Kent and Sussex community for over 50 years with locally sourced meats, working closely with local farmers whom the family have known and trusted for many years. This not only ensures provenance and livestock welfare but also reduces the carbon footprint.
Meet The Team
Over the last 32 years Steve has built up the butchers to be a reputable, well established and much loved business. In 2014 Steve and his wife June opened the Farm Shop in Eridge. Steve takes pride in offering the very best quality locally-produced meats and has also built up a strong relationship with local farmers in the area.
Richard has worked for Fuller’s for 17 years and manages the Butchers shop in Hawkenbury. Richard also spent 7 years as a part-time Fireman and is a very experienced Butcher and always on hand of offer advice and cooking tips.
George is the Head Butcher at our Farm Shop and has been with us for the last 9 years. Previous to this, he worked as a catering butcher for some of the top hotels in London. George is a very experienced butcher and always ready to offer help and advice on different cuts of meat.
Charley has been butchering for 12 years and joined our team 8 years ago. Charley now manages the catering side and ensures the local restaurants and pubs receive their daily orders. Charley's butchery skills are excellent and we are proud to have him as part of our team.
